Slo Food is a World Market and Local Farmers Market melded into one fantastic Food Hub. Working with owner Stefano Viglietti's visionary ideas, GCA transformed the rough existing space into today's well-respected food lover's haven. The space contains a section of local and organic produce, an in-house butcher serving local pasture-raised meats, a world-class deli, a quaint coffee bar, a spirits section, and a large 1,200 sq ft in-house bakery. Plus, when structures are shifted to the rear of the store, the front half of the market transforms into an enjoyable events space.
