Galbraith Carnahan’s Office Project

GCA acquired a vacant lot with plans to construct a new building. A unique opportunity presented itself to partners Joe Galbraith and Nick Carnahan when a local developer was planning a project nearby but had a Log Cabin-style office building located on his site. Using our creativity and vision, we switched our plans to construct a new building and decided to reenvision the community-adored cabin as our office. The renovation included new heating and cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems. The original hardwood floors were sanded and re-finished, but most interior finishes were reclaimed materials. It acts as a true showpiece for the firm’s craft and creativity.
