Boutique Hotel

The Watershed Hotel in Sheboygan was constructed from a former lumber yard that had remained undeveloped for many years due to the poor underlying soils. The hotel's design inspiration came from the river and the site's lumber heritage. Finishes throughout the hotel evoke blue, flowing water. The hotel interior also features the raw, exposed, 2x wood framing and plywood of the roof structure as a nod to the site's former use as a lumber yard. Along the river face of the building, the rooms offer small balconies or at-grade patios where you can sit and enjoy the scenery during the warmer summer months.
