Adaptive Reuse Project

This 1930s historic bungalow-style firehouse inspired our client, who owns an event planning business, to transform this space into a unique venue to rent out for weddings and events. Our team worked with the new owner to translate the utilitarian interior into a lovely event venue that acts as a perfect photographic backdrop to important life events. We designed new wooden carriage doors that have quickly become guests' favorite features. On the interior, we made many upgrades to the restrooms, HVAC system, sprinklers, acoustics, and finishes to accommodate this new use for large groups.
