Unbuilt Architecture

GCA won First Place in the AIA Milwaukee Emerging Professionals Design Competition with Holbrook Square, which focused on a 2-acre site in Downtown Milwaukee adjacent to the Wisconsin Convention Center. The competition objectives included plaza design, a pavilion site that engaged the street/sidewalk and the streetcar route, developing a transit-oriented mixed-use building(s), parking, and branding.
