Coffee Shop Architecture Project

At their Grafton location, Fiddlehead’s Coffee Roasters pursued a new direction with their interior look and feel. While respecting the fun, eclectic nature of their original Thiensville and Cedarburg locations, we rethought the materials, color usage, seating arrangements within the space, and a complete revamp of their barista line. The resulting cafe is an open, refreshing, and comfortable space that subtly changes dynamics throughout the day as different types of patrons filter through.
