Fox Run Development was master planned by Galbraith Carnahan Architects, who also produced the designs for the townhomes and pocket neighborhood. Care was taken to create a comfortable street layout that blends seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhoods. As part of Fox Run Development, Hanover Avenue was reconnected through the site, helping the project feel like a natural extension of the city rather than a private dead end. Along the internal streets, the ratio of townhome height to street width, as well as the materials and cadence of the townhome facades, were carefully studied to foster a highly walkable neighborhood.
