Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin
Status: Completed 2020
Size: 4,000 sq. ft.
Looking to expand into the Kenosha market, Community State Bank built out the interior of this commercial space on Highway 50. The interior of the project continued their brand identity as a clean, light filled, modern banking facility. The design of the space revolved around the customer. From the fire place lounge, to the café in the lobby, the entire experience is orchestrated to make the patrons feel welcome and exclusive.
Quality durable finishes were selected throughout the project to ensure the longevity of both the material as well as the style. Large frameless glass walls separate the loan offices from the wood coffered lobby. This feature allows an abundant amount of natural light to penetrate into the interior spaces as well as symbolize the transparency in business of the bank itself.
