Artalia Bayside is a 153-unit senior living development, consisting of a five-story, 240,000-square-foot wing and a one-story memory care unit connected by a common area and courtyard. Sited in the up-and-coming Bayside One North development, Artalia Bayside will provide much-needed housing for the aging North Milwaukee community. Situated adjacent to a prominent commercial district, the development provides access to nearby retail while offering amenities including a salon, theater, golf simulator, and rooftop patio. The architecture blends newer multi-level developments with older one- and two-story infrastructure, with an exterior material palette that includes brick, corrugated metal, and phenolic panels. Select units feature private balconies and full kitchens, offering a more independent feel while still providing the safety of 24/7 staffing. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2027.
