Local developers are seeking an operator partner for their plan to restore a 110-year-old Milwaukee Catholic school as a “wed and breakfast” venue combining event space with 18 hotel rooms.
Matter Development and principals of Galbraith Carnahan Architects acquired the property earlier this year, and are seeking a partner to operate a wedding venue and hotel there.
