A new café is set to move into a vacant office building in Wauwatosa.
Idyll Coffee Roasters is a women-owned café and coffee roastery, locally sourcing its menu, which includes baked goods, sandwiches and breakfast items, its proposal to the city says.
Behind the plans for ICR are co-owners Karen Kurgan, Amy Tamburrino, Peter Sohnle and Dave Tamburrino.
Kurgan has over 20 years of experience as a café manager for Colectivo Coffee, her LinkedIn profile says.
Galbraith Carnahan Architects and Dahlman Construction are redeveloping the site, city documents say.
